Return & Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of everything we offer, but due to the nature of our products, certain items are non-returnable.

At NEWDAWN TRAINING, every product is selected and produced with purpose. Because we offer both made-to-order apparel and consumable supplements, our return policy varies by product type.

Apparel (Made-to-Order)

All NEWDAWN apparel is made-to-order through our fulfillment partner, Printify.

Because each item is produced after purchase, we do not accept general returns or exchanges.

Non-Returnable (Apparel)

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect sizing
  • Change of mind
  • Ordering the wrong item
  • Preference or fit

Please review sizing charts carefully before ordering.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Apparel

We will provide a replacement or refund if your item:

  • Arrives damaged
  • Has a manufacturing defect
  • Is incorrect

To submit a request:

  • Email: support@newdawntrainingllc.com
  • Include:
    • Order number
    • Clear photos
    • Description of issue

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Supplements (Consumable Products)

Due to safety, health, and regulatory standards, all supplement sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on supplements once they have been shipped.

Exceptions (Supplements)

We will provide a replacement or refund if:

  • The product arrives damaged
  • The wrong item was sent
  • The product is defective

To qualify:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide photos and order details

Opened Products

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Opened supplements
  • Used products
  • Taste or preference issues

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled if production or fulfillment has not yet begun.

Because apparel is produced quickly and supplements are processed promptly, cancellations are not guaranteed.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

If an order is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Failed delivery attempts

The customer is responsible for reshipping costs.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days
