Shipping Policy

At NEWDAWN TRAINING, every product is delivered with purpose. Because we offer both made-to-order apparel and ready-to-ship supplements, processing and delivery times vary by product type.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays).

Processing times vary:

  • Apparel (Made-to-Order): 2–5 business days (production + fulfillment)
  • Supplements: 1–3 business days (standard processing)

Orders containing both product types may ship separately.

Apparel (Made-to-Order Fulfillment)

All NEWDAWN apparel is produced after your order is placed through our fulfillment partner, Printify.

This means:

  • Each item is created specifically for you
  • Production begins immediately after purchase
  • Shipping occurs once production is complete

Estimated Timeline (Apparel):

  • Production: 2–5 business days
  • Shipping: 3–7 business days

Supplements (Ready-to-Ship Products)

Supplements are manufactured, stored, and shipped through our fulfillment partner, Supliful.

Estimated Timeline (Supplements):

  • Processing: 1–3 business days
  • Shipping: 3–7 business days

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Multiple Shipments

Orders that include both apparel and supplements may arrive in separate shipments, depending on fulfillment location.

Each shipment will include its own tracking number.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Delays

NEWDAWN TRAINING is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.)
  • Weather conditions
  • High order volume
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

If an incorrect address is submitted:

  • We are not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages
  • Changes may not be possible after processing begins

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered, NEWDAWN TRAINING is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.

International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping.
